MEET TOM KELLEY, PRINCIPAL OF TOWNE BUILDING & DEVELOPMENT
As a young boy raised alongside his family in the building industry, Tom Kelley discovered his passion: building. Home building and design embodied the perfect blend of his natural talents: a strong analytical aptitude and eye for residential spatial design and flow; clarity of vision to maximize a home site’s potential; and a sophisticated eye for finish detail.

Tom has over 17 years of home building experience in designing and building new, high-end custom homes of varying architectural styles, remodels and renovations as well as accurate historic residential reconstructions. Tom serves as single-point contact for all of Towne’s projects throughout the entire build process.
For 11 years Tom also brokered Westport area real estate, gaining invaluable negotiation and sales experience, and in-depth understanding of local markets and home buyer / seller mindsets. Tom retains his CT realtor license, giving Towne Building the unique ability to both renovate and help you sell your home.
Tom is passionately dedicated to building superior quality homes and is keenly focused on desirable trends in home designs and technologies.
He received his Bachelors in Fine Arts with a Major in Design and Illustration at the Art Institute of Boston/Museum School of Fine Arts.
Tom and his wife have four children and reside in Westport, Connecticut.
